Septarian nodules first formed during the Cretaceous period as clay balls on the ancient seafloor. Over time, they dried, cracked, and became infiltrated with mineral-rich fluids. As these fluids crystallized, they left behind a complex internal latticework—now revealed in brilliant contrast within this polished specimen.

The result is a dynamic interplay of earthy tones, angular calcite veins, and subtle crystalline glints, all enclosed in a boldly sculptural form that invites close study from every angle.
